2022 Chevrolet Trax LT

Engine and Body

The standard Trax model is powered by a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine paired with 6-speed automatic transmission. Handling is smooth and comfortable thanks to excellent ride suspension on 16-inch aluminum wheels and StabiliTrak, an electronic stability system with traction control. You’ll barely notice the noise and vibrations outside from the comfort of your cloth-trimmed, four-way manual driver’s seat.

The Trax LT has ten airbags, power door locks and windows, a rearview camera, and remote, keyless entry.

Technology

The LT is fitted with the 7.0-inch Chevrolet Infotainment 3 touchscreen, compatible with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth. You will also have access to OnStar and Chevrolet Connected Access. For convenience on the move, a 3.5-inch driver information center is fitted into the dash. The engine on the Trax LS is the same as the LT and offers you the same horsepower, torque, and towing capacity. However, there are some extra features that we are excited about, including skid plates, heated outside mirrors, deep-tinted glass, and roof-mounted side rails.

Additional Features and Packages

The Trax LS has similar technology to the LT but comes with the added extras of a 120-volt power outlet, remote start, cruise control, and a storage bin under the front passenger seat.

The Convenience package adds a bit of luxury to this trim and includes a 6-way power-adjustable driver’s seat and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Add a Premium Seat package to access faux leather seat trim and heated front seats. The Driver Confidence package offers additional safety features like blind-spot detection and rear parking assist.
