1. Callaways Coffee & Bistro

This is the cutest little place to enjoy a cozy cup of Joe. Friendly employees will give you a warm welcome every time in this small but perfectly formed venue. Make sure you try the delicious pastries they offer there as well.

2. Railway Cafe

Great service is what makes the difference here. It’s quick but still warm and welcoming. They offer a range of coffees, but their standard filter is just fine. We loved that the Railway Cafe offer recycled containers for food and beverages to go.

3. Cherry Laurel Bakery, Cafe & Catering

Really good coffee at great prices, plus the most incredible selection of homemade cakes. If you visit this place for your morning brew, don’t skip the breakfast taco. They are just the best.

4. Van Zandt Coffee

Van Zandt Coffee is a little way out of town but totally worth the trip. Go there to enjoy their freshly roasted whole bean coffee, which you can also purchase by the bag online. This coffee shop also doubles up as a CrossFit gym, so you can get rid of all that extra caffeinated energy!

5. Schlotzsky’s

Helpful employees serve you great coffee at this neat counter-serve place. Service is always really fast as you would expect and perfect when you are on the go. We enjoy picking up a great sandwich from here when we fancy a bite with our coffee too.

6. Cotton Patch Cafe

This is a lovely little Texan family-friendly eatery that serves surprisingly good coffee. Part of a chain but still has its own personality. Great value and really speedy service which is fantastic when you’ve got a busy day ahead, but also a comfortable place if you have got a little time to kill over a more leisurely visit. A nice food menu if you want a little something with your brew.

7. Donut Supreme

Great place for a quick snack and a fantastic cappuccino, with just the right amount of froth on top. The service is friendly and efficient and the price is definitely right. And of course, there are doughnuts. They come with all kinds of toppings and frostings – it’d be rude not to try one, right?
